Medical Records Review

Many international patients share existing test results with a fertility team before booking a first visit. This page explains what that process typically looks like.

Records Commonly Requested

  • Prior AMH, FSH, estradiol, TSH, prolactin results.
  • Antral follicle count or transvaginal ultrasound reports.
  • Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) or saline infusion sonogram.
  • Semen analysis (recent and any prior comparators).
  • Genetic carrier screening or karyotype results.
  • Summaries of prior IVF or IUI cycles, if applicable.

What a Records Review Can and Cannot Do

A records review helps the team form an initial impression and prepare relevant questions. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise of eligibility. A formal treatment plan requires a complete evaluation, updated testing where needed, and direct clinical consultation.
